General Terms and Conditions
1. Registration for each course is required and participants are expected to arrive on time. Signing in on behalf of other students is not allowed.
2. Class absence is highly discouraged. In case of absence due to illness for three or more consecutive days, a medical certificate must be presented to the Head Instructor before resuming attendance. For unavoidable business trips or family matters, the Head Instructor must be notified beforehand.
3. The Academy reserves the right not to be in attendance at all times and are expected to catch up with missed classes or examinations in case of absence.
4. Students are expected to attend classes wearing appropriate attire (Academy uniform or proper clothing and flat footwear). Shorts, skirts, sandals, sleeveless tops and spaghetti-strap tops are not allowed.
5. A certificate will only be awarded to students who have attended more than 80% of class hours, have achieved satisfactory examination results, and have fulfilled the stated number of hours for case studies required by the course. Re-examination is mandatory for students whose results do not meet the standards of the Academy. An additional fee will be charged for all examination re-takes.
6. Students are expected to act as models for each other during practical sessions.
7. To avoid class disturbance, recording audio or video during lessons is not allowed.
8. Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and the use of narcotics are strictly prohibited in and around the Academy. Students under the influence of any of the above substances will be dismissed.
9. Eating or drinking is not allowed in the classrooms.
10. Mobile phones and tablets must be switched off inside the classrooms.
11. Students are provided with a locker to keep personal belongings. A deposit of 200 Thai Baht is required and will be returned when the assigned locker is emptied and the key is returned to the Academy.
12. Students are expected to look after their personal belongings. The Academy will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items kept in the lockers or elsewhere within the Academy’s premises.
13. Students are expected to properly use and respect the Academy’s property, facilities and equipment. Students will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement for any damage caused due to negligence or recklessness.
14. The Academy reserves the right to change training schedules as deemed necessary. Students shall be notified at the earliest opportunity.
15. The Academy reserves the right to expel any student who fails to comply with Academy regulations, or whose behaviour and conduct negatively affects the reputation and operations of the Academy. In the case of expulsion, no tuition fee shall be refunded.
