Basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment

This gentle and rhythmic massage treatment focuses on the lymphatic system to aid detoxification by increasing lymphatic flow and blood circulation to prevent their imbalances (and the negative consequences). It’s a fundamental technique in many treatment types, often used to improve muscle tone, skin texture and relaxation. The CIBTAC-certified Basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage course helps participants master the ability to adequately perform this technique, enhancing their treatment routines as a result.
