BENEFITS
Designed for Spa Managers who will be running a spa on a day to day basis. Some familiarity with the industry is preferred but not essential. The course focuses on operations via the nine key functions of the Spa Manager

AIM OF COURSE
• To enable candidates to sucessfully run and manage a spa business
• To enable candidates to obtain a CSA Certificate of Attendance

ENTRY LEVEL
A person displaying a high level of interpersonal skills, excellent communication and listening skills, inquisitive attitude, managerial skills, empathy, patience, tact, diplomacy and time keeping with a well groomed appearance and a mature disposition

Monday – Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm)
