BENEFITS
This course is designed to candidates study Spa English Communication in the hospitality, spa business and spa therapist using state of the art in greeting, solving problems and delivery massage service in effective way with spa cultures

AIM OF COURSE
• To enable candidates to study the necessary spa communication and effective solving communication problems
• To enable candidates to perform good cultures spa services
• To enable candidates to achieve a CSA Certificate of Attendance

ENTRY LEVEL
• A recognised basic principle of English Level 1 or equivalent
• A person displaying a high level of interpersonal skills in particular excellent communication, empathy, patience and a mature disposition
• Anyone who is pursuing a career in the spa or hospitality industry or would like to develop their ability to effectively manage the operation

DURATION
Monday – Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm)
1 week (30 hours)

EXAMINATIONS
The academy will conduct examinations towards the end of the course
Theory : 60 minutes (multiple-choice examination)
Practice : No practical examination required
