BENEFITS
Our gym workout course is designed to enable you to give safe and effective instruction to clients that will help them to achieve their exercise goals. Our highly qualified trainer will tailor their course delivery to suit your learning style giving you full knowledge, skills and confidence needed to begin your fitness career

AIM OF COURSE
• To enable candidates to study the necessary knowledge and understanding of a Gymnasium Workout
• To enable candidates to perform safely and effectively in Gymnasium
• To enable candidates to achieve a CSA Certificate of Attendance

ENTRY LEVEL
• A recognised Anatomy and Physiology Professional Certificate or equivalent
• A person displaying a high level of interpersonal skills, excellent communication, empathy, patience and a mature disposition

DURATION
Monday – Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm)
1.5 weeks (45 hours)

EXAMINATIONS
The academy will conduct examinations towards the end of the course
Theory : 60 minutes (multiple-choice and essay examination)
Practice : 60 minutes
